American and Canadian citizens must pay the $132.00 “Tourist Tax” charged at Chilean customs. Australian citizens must pay $61.00 to enter. This tax must be paid in cash in US dollars at Chilean customs upon entry. It is paid once and remains valid until the passport expires (for Americans and Canadians) and 3 months for Australians

Guests are encouraged to bring their own avalanche gear, but Motorola Radio, Avalanche Transceiver, Shovel & Probe are available to rent.
