Ski Montana with CASA Tours
Our 9 day Montana Tour visits Yellowstone Country’s biggest and best ski and snowboard resorts: Big Sky, Moonlight Basin and Bridger Bowl. Our tour starts and finishes in Bozeman, Montana and includes 6 days of skiing and snowboarding on Lone Peak home to both Big Sky and Moonlight Basin and 1 day at Bridger Bowl.
For 6 nights we are slopeside at the Huntley Lodge at the base of Lone Peak giving guests easy accessibility to both Big Sky and Moonlight Basin’s 5,512 skiable acres and 4,350 feet of vertical drop. Our final 2 nights are spent in Bozeman enabling us to ski and snowboard at Bridger Bowl as well as easy access to the airport for our departure day.
There is something for everybody on this tour: steeps, glades, cold smoke powder, cruisers, and terrain parks. Southwest Montana offers some of the best terrain in the Americas. The Lone Peak tram, which accesses the 11,166 foot summit, is certainly one of the best lifts in the United States. Our tour includes Lone Peak Passes allowing guests to ride either Big Sky or Moonlight Basin when they choose. Our tour also includes 5 group dinners at various local restaurants. This tour is a great way to reunite with friends made on our South American tours.

Trip Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival to Bozeman, Montana
Arrive in the afternoon in Bozeman, Montana where your CASA hosts will meet you at the airport or your hotel. We will then travel along the Gallatin River to Big Sky Resort where we will spend the next 6 nights at the base of Lone Peak in the Huntley Lodge. The 11,166 foot Lone Peak is home to both Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin Resort.
Day 2-7 - Ski and Snowboard Lone Peak: Big Sky & Moonlight Basin
6 Days of the Biggest Skiing in America. The Big Sky Resort-Moonlight Basin interconnect gives you access to more skiing than anywhere else in the United States. With the Lone Peak Pass lift ticket, you can access 5,512 skiable acres and endless ways to navigate 4,350 feet of vertical drop. At 11,166 feet it's easy to see Lone Peak's appeal to every age and level of skier and boarder. Runs up to six miles long and glades and bowls covered in 400~plus inches of annual snowfall make a day on the slopes something different for everyone.
Day 8 - Ski Bridger Bowl
Located within a half hour from Bozeman, Montana, Bridger Bowl is a Rocky Mountain Classic. Community owned and playground to the likes of mountain legends Doug Coombs, Hans Saari and Scott Schmidt, Bridger is a small mountain that skis real big. In 2008 Bridger had its first lift served expansion in 30 years with the opening of the Schlasman’s Lift. We will spend our final 2 nights together in Bozeman.
Day 9 - Departure Day
We will arrange transport to the Bozeman airport throughout the day allowing guests to make their flights home.
